How the order process works…
1. Following your order, one of our brochure designers will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to clarify the brief and make sure we have understood all your requirements. We look at the text and images you supply which are to be included in the brochure design.
2. To give you some varied design choice we will create 2 alternative layouts for your brochure design which will include a front cover and an internal spread and send these to you as pdf files via email to get your feedback.
3. Once your initial comments have been noted we will make any required changes and send you a final pdf proof to make sure you are happy with the final design of your brochure.
Design Guarantee: At this stage if you are not 100% satisfied with our design proposals we will provide completely new design solutions at no extra cost.
4. When you have approved the design, an invoice will be sent to you for 50% of the total project cost which must be paid immediately before we complete the press ready artwork for your brochure.
5. Once we receive your first payment we will add all the text and images supplied by you for your brochure and include them into the layouts. A proof of the artwork will be sent to you for checking and for you to provide any feedback you have to us.
6. When all the brochure artwork is complete and you have approved the proofs supplied, a second invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 50% balance owing.
7. When your payment is received in full we will release your brochure artwork for printing. At this point we will let you know the exact date when your printed brochure will be delivered to you.
