1. Following your order, one of our logo and Stationery designers will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to clarify the brief and make sure we have understood all your requirements for what you would like us to achieve.
2. To give you some varied design choice we will create 3 alternative ideas for your logo design and Stationery and send these to you as pdf files via email to get your feedback.
3. Once your initial comments have been noted we will make any required changes to the logo design and supply a final proof for you to sign off before we start work on the final artwork.
Design Guarantee: At this stage if you are not 100% satisfied with our design proposals we will provide completely new design solutions at no extra cost.
4. When all the design is complete and you have approved all the proofs for the Stationery design - letterhead, compliment slip and business card - an invoice will be sent to you for the design work and print production which must be paid immediately.
5. When your payment is received in full we will release the artwork for printing and let you know the exact date when your printed Stationery will be delivered to you.
