How the order process works…

1. Following your order, one of our website designers will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to clarify the brief to make sure we have understood all the requirements for your website design and go through the text and images to be included.

2. To give you some varied design choice we will create at least 2 alternative website design layouts which will include the home page and at least one other content page. These will be sent to you as pdf files via email to get your feedback.

3. Once your initial comments have been noted we will make any required changes and supply a final pdf proof to make sure you are happy with the design.

Design Guarantee: At this stage if you are not 100% satisfied with our design proposals we will provide completely new design solutions at no extra cost.

4. When the design stage is complete and you have approved all the proofs, an invoice will be sent to you for 50% of the total project cost which must be paid immediately before we start work on the html code.

5. Your website pages will be built with your copy and images in place, matching the approved static design visuals presented to you. Page titles and keywords that you supply will be included to help search engine optimisation.

6. A url link will be sent to you by email so you can check an on-line beta version of your website before it goes live for public visibility. Once you have approved the final version a second invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 50% balance owing.

7. When your payment is received in full we will upload the final website onto the server which points to your chosen website address.
